EXPRESSIVE SPACES FOR ENHANCED
QUALITY OF LIFE

The modern new building at Kopenhagener Straße 57 has a total of approx. 41 condominiums apartments/flats between circa 51 m² and 192 m². Here, people with different lifestyles find a new home. Balconies, loggias, and terraces to the south ensure light-flooded rooms. There are about 20 parking spaces available in the underground car park.

URBAN ARCHITECTURE

The new building is located in the immediate vicinity of the former Humboldt substation. In its design, the Berlin architecture firm CollignonArchitektur takes up impulses of industrial architecture and transforms them into a contemporary design language. The result is a subtle, elegant building that radiates modern, urban cosiness.

Through their sensitive approach to a historical environment, Oliver Collignon and his team have recently made a name for themselves with the new construction of the subway station “Rotes Rathaus”. CollignonArchitektur stands for aesthetically demanding, efficient, highly functional, and sustainable buildings and residences.

Berlin:
CITY OF POSSIBILITIES

Discover Berlin‘s Diversity

INTERNATIONAL METROPOLIS

London, New York, Tokyo … Berlin! The German capital is one of the most sustainable metropolises in the world today. In international comparisons, Berlin is primarily impressive due to a high quality of life. The optimal infrastructure, good healthcare, and many green spaces attract people from all over the world to Berlin.

ECONOMIC GROWTH

Economic performance in Berlin is growing dynamically. The service sector and the digital economy, in particular, are providing important growth impulses. The upward trend is obvious: nowhere else in Germany are as many new jobs being created as in the metropolis on the Spree.

START-UP SCENE

Digital health, mobility, and E-commerce: Berlin stands for the development of innovative business models like no other city in Germany. Entrepreneurs benefit not only from fresh capital in the emerging start-up city, but also from the availability of a talented workforce and the international environment.

CITY OF CULTURE

In the capital, one is in the centre of cultural events: with over 150 museums, 3 opera houses, and numerous venues for concerts and theatre, the cultural offer seems almost endless. However, the special charm of Berlin’s cultural landscape lies in the mixture of traditional institutions and an experimental free scene.

ART AND FASHION MECCA

Twice a year, the international fashion industry gathers in the German metropolis for Berlin Fashion Week. Then new looks are presented and trends created in Berlin. Contemporary art is also an important part of social life – the city is home to famous artists and successful galleries.

THE DISTRICT OF PRENZLAUER BERG

The heart of Prenzlauer Berg beats on the Schönhauser Allee. Young people emerge from the subway and move through the Gleimkiez in the direction of Kastanienallee, the district’s hip party scene. Other passers-by enter the many small shops along the street. Just one block away is the Mauerpark. Once part of the border between East and West, the green area is now used by residents as a local recreational area.

The grounds of the Kulturbrauerei lie on the left side of Schönhauser Allee. Here, a cinema, cafés, and concert spaces provide a change from everyday life. Characterised by pre-war buildings, Prenzlauer Berg holds a surprise on every corner: an organic weekly market, an adventure playground, or simply a favourite Italian restaurant.

FEATURES OF THE FLATS

COMFORTABLE HOME

Two stairwells with elevators provide barrier-free access to the condominiums. A pleasant atmosphere is created by high-quality oak parquet and underfloor heating. Wooden windows with frame ventilators ensure an optimal energy balance and a well-balanced indoor climate. The energy-saving heat supply for the building is provided by cogeneration.

The bathrooms convince with a clear design: an elegant porcelain ceramic tile floor, heated towel rails, bathroom facilities by Villeroy & Boch (or equivalent), a level-access shower, and exclusive concealed fittings invite relaxation.

Safety is a top priority throughout the building. All entrance doors feature a 3-bolt locking system, 2-turn locks based on the RC2 security standard, as well as a video intercom.

A car lift leads comfortably into the underground car park. As far as possible, car parking spaces have an electrical connection.

The presentation of the images is exemplary.
